Whether you are organising a staff party or a great night out with family and friends, The Sun is the perfect place for your festive celebrations. We are geared up to host any occasion, in either the bar or first floor dining room, so do have a look at our festive menus.
For those of you that want to get into the festive spirit without having to organise everyone we will also be offering some fantastic festive specials throughout December with our spiced mulled cider laced with calvados making a welcome return.

Open all Day Monday 22rd December – Free Festive Children’s Craft…
Join us at 11am to make and decorate your own salt dough tree decorations and have some Christmas fun. Parents can take an hour’s break from the Christmas frenzy, have a coffee and read the papers by the fire while they wait. Limited to 30 junior spaces, so please do ring 0208 773 4549 in advance with your child’s name to reserve a space.
We will then be open all day with food served 12-9pm
Festive Opening…
Christmas Eve we will be open from 12-midnight to see in Christmas Day with mulled cider and plenty of Christmas cheer with the last night of our festive menu before the big day.
Christmas Day the perfect place to avoid the Mother-in-law, escape the kids and side step preparing lunch. Join us for a Christmas drink from 12-3pm.
Boxing Day we will be open from 12noon with a selection of food served from our pub classics and winter menu from midday until 9pm. We will also have lots of new board games to keep the children/adults entertained.
